Valencia Nutrition's Subsidiary Inks Deal with Virchow Laboratories for Juice Production

Valencia Beverages and Superwaters Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valencia Nutrition Limited, has entered into a definitive business agreement with Virchow Laboratories Ltd for the manufacturing of its juice product portfolio. The agreement covers 8 SKUs and represents approximately 15% of the installed capacity of Valencia Beverages Unit II at Hyderabad. This strategic partnership aims to enhance Valencia’s Manufacturing capabilities in the specialised beverages segment, accelerate its learning curve in production efficiency, and meet the growing demand for its beverage offerings.
