Jindal Steel Ltd Announces Appointment of Debojyoti Roy as Additional Director and Wholetime Director, and Re-appointment of Damodar Mittal as Wholetime Director

Jindal Steel Ltd has informed about the appointment of Debojyoti Roy as Additional Director and Wholetime Director, and the re-appointment of Damodar Mittal as Wholetime Director. Roy has approximately 27 years of work experience and was previously associated with Tata Steel Ltd. Mittal, who has 37 years of work experience, started his career with Jindal Steel in 1989 and manages Iron Zone operations at Angul. The appointments are subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
