Cura Technologies Ltd: Mrs. Sanjana Lagumavarapu Resigns as Managing Director, Mr. Saraswathula Sivaramakrishna Mohan Babu Appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director

In a recent board meeting held on 27.03.2026, Cura Technologies Ltd announced changes in the designation of Mrs. Sanjana Lagumavarapu from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, effective from the same date. The board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Saraswathula Sivaramakrishna Mohan Babu as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing General Meeting. Mr. Babu is also authorized to avail a loan of up to Rs. 4 Crores to meet immediate working capital needs and the borrowing limits have been increased to Rs. 25 Crores. The company has adopted new Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013. The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company is scheduled for 24.04.2026. The board has also reviewed the status of assets and liabilities of Catalog IT Solutions Private Limited and requested the erstwhile management to provide relevant financial data.
