Rajinder Kumar Singhania Gifts 10.4 Lakh Shares to Son Puneet Singhania in Prime Industries Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Rajinder Kumar Singhania has gifted 10,40,000 equity shares to his son, Puneet Singhania, in Prime Industries Ltd. This constitutes 4.95% of the total diluted share capital of the company. After the gift, Rajinder Kumar Singhania's holding stands at 13,10,306 equity shares, while Puneet Singhania's holding increases to 11,19,334 equity shares.
