Cura Technologies Ltd: Mrs. Sanjana Lagumavarapu Resigns as Managing Director, Mr. Saraswathula Sivaramakrishna Mohan Babu Appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director

In a recent board meeting held on 27.03.2026, Cura Technologies Ltd announced that Mrs. Sanjana Lagumavarapu has resigned from her position as Managing Director and will continue as a Non-Executive Director. The board has appointed Mr. Saraswathula Sivaramakrishna Mohan Babu as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing General Meeting. The company has also decided to avail a loan of up to Rs. 4 Crores and increase the borrowing limits up to Rs. 25 Crores. The board has adopted new Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013 and has requested the erstwhile management of Catalog IT Solutions Private Limited to provide relevant financial data for appropriate action.
