IGL Demerger Scheme: NCLT Admits Second Motion Petition

This scheme involves the demerger of India Glycols Limited into Ennature Biopharma Limited and IGL Spirits Limited. The NCLT has directed the company to publish notices in newspapers and issue notices to specified authorities, allowing them 30 days to submit any representations.
