HUDCO signs 2 MoUs with NBCC for redevelopment & asset monetization

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with NBCC (India) Limited on April 11, 2026. The first MoU outlines collaboration for the redevelopment of an approximately 18830 sqmt leasehold plot at Block No. 25, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. This includes techno-economic feasibility studies, construction, project management, and monetization of built-up space. The second MoU focuses on undertaking Asset Monetization activities for NBCC’s self-sustainable model projects. Under this, HUDCO will provide funds for ongoing and upcoming projects of NBCC, with the permission of the Government of India, while NBCC will offer project management and consultancy services. These MoUs aim to leverage the respective strengths of both parties for effective implementation of these initiatives.
