Prestige Estates Projects Ltd Acquires 50% Partnership Interest in Aaramnagar Realty LLP

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has acquired 50% partnership interest in Aaramnagar Realty LLP on April 9, 2026. Aaramnagar Realty LLP, formed in 2018, is into real estate, construction and development with a turnover of Nil for the year ended March 31, 2025. The Company has infused Rs. 180 crores by way of capital and current account contribution in the LLP. This acquisition is aimed at developing a real estate project in Versova, Mumbai. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions and the promoter/promoter group of the Company have no interest in this transaction.
