Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will commence from April 01, 2026, and is in connection with the finalization of audited Financial Statements/ Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2026. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the Financial Results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
