Sarveshwar Foods, an emerging leader in the rice and rice-based food industry, is set to acquire the remaining stake in Natural Global Foods DMCC, based in Dubai, UAE. The acquisition is a strategic milestone aimed at strengthening Sarveshwar Foods’ operational presence and control in the Middle East. The company is targeting to integrate Natural Global Foods DMCC as its wholly owned subsidiary before the end of the current fiscal quarter i.e. by December 31, 2024.
