The acquired company, established in 2006, offers comprehensive design, manufacture, and testing facilities for the Automotive lighting industry. It has a strong focus on innovation, including LED and ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) systems. BEE Lighting Ltd. has an expanding customer portfolio in the Luxury/Super/Hyper-Car & EV marketplace. The transaction is a cash consideration of GBP 3 Million.
