Hubtown Subsidiary Secures Development Management Agreement for Rising City Project

Rare Townships Private Limited, a subsidiary of Hubtown Limited, has entered into a Development Management Agreement with Gopani Realty LLP for the development of Wing A-6 (India International Tower) of the Rising City project at Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This agreement will enable the Company to ensure the project is completed in a faster timeframe, with GRL providing the necessary funding. The Wings A1-A5 in the Rising City are being completed by the Company with funding from SBI Ventures (SWAMIH Fund). The entire Phase (i.e. Building A1-A6) of the project Rising City is now financially closed and scheduled for delivery starting from FY2026.
