Godawari Power & Ispat Acquires 49% Stake in Jammu Pigments Limited for INR 244.58 Crores

Godawari Power & Ispat Limited has completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Jammu Pigments Limited (JPL). The transaction involved a primary investment of INR 175 Crores in the preference share capital of JPL and the acquisition of 23,41,437 equity shares from Mr. Ramesh Kumar Agarwal for INR 69.54 Crores.
