COSMO FERRITES LTD.: Anti-Dumping Duty of 35% Imposed on Imported Soft Ferrite Cores from China

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, COSMO FERRITES LTD. announces the imposition of an anti-dumping duty of 35% on CIF value for specified 'Manganese Zinc based Ferrites Core' imports from China. This decision comes after the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) published their Final Findings in a Gazette Notification dated December 23, 2024. The anti-dumping duty will apply to imports from China or any third country, with the exception of lower rates for specific producers mentioned in the duty table. This measure will lead to increased capacity utilization and improved margin per unit for COSMO FERRITES LTD.
