SEPC Ltd has informed the stock exchange about the cancellation of a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL). The LOI, which was received on February 7, 2026, has been cancelled as per a communication dated March 03, 2026 from TCIL.
