The hotel, to be named 'EFFOTEL BY SAYAJI', will consist of 50 hotel rooms, 1 banquet hall, 2 restaurants, a gym, and a SPA. The agreement is for an initial period of 15 years from the date of commercial commencement, with the possibility of renewal for 5-year periods.
