Raymond Ltd Appoints M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP as New Statutory Auditors

Raymond Ltd, a leading textile and apparel company, has appointed M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. The appointment is to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of the previous Statutory Auditor, M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP. M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP will hold office until the conclusion of the 101st Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the members of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
