Dec 02 2025 | 7 days agoPhysicswallah Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on December 8, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., until Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
