Newgen Software Inc. Secures US$ 1.495 Million Contract in Caribbean

Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), has entered into a Master Service Agreement with a Caribbean-based insurance company. The contract, valued at US$ 1.495 million (approximately INR 13.77 crore), involves the supply, installation, and implementation of the NewgenONE Digital Transformation Platform. The contract does not fall under the definition of a related party transaction as per the Companies Act, 2013.
