Mufin Green Finance Ltd Empanelled with Assam Government for Instant Loans

Mufin Green Finance Ltd's partner, InstaPe Synergies Pvt Ltd, has received a Letter of Intent for provisional empanelment from the Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System, a registered society under the Finance Department, Government of Assam. This is for facilitating Earned Salary Advance and Salary-linked Credit facilities to regular Government employees of Assam. The technical integration process with the State FMIS (FinAssam/IFMIS) is currently underway. The execution of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be undertaken upon successful end-to-end technical integration, completion of User Acceptance Testing, and confirmation of operational readiness for live launch by the Finance Department. The Company will make an appropriate disclosure/press release in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements upon successful execution of the MoU.
