Deep Industries Ltd has acquired 350,000 equity shares of Deep Natural Resources Limited (DNRL), making DNRL a subsidiary of Deep Industries. The acquisition was done at an arm's length basis and was approved by the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, and shareholders of Deep Industries. DNRL, incorporated in 2009, is engaged in the business of hiring heavy vehicles, cranes, and busses.
