Cyient Ltd Appoints Shrinivas Kulkarni as CFO and Prabhakar Atla as COO

Cyient Ltd has appointed Mr. Shrinivas Kulkarni as the Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Prabhakar Atla as the Chief Operating Officer, effective 1 April 2026. The appointments were approved at the board meeting held on 3 March 2026, based on the recommendation of the Leadership, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Kulkarni has led the finance function and served as CFO of Cyient DLM Limited, while Mr. Atla has business and P&L leadership experience of nearly 30 years. Both will work in tandem during the transition for a seamless closure of the accounts for FY 2026.
