Cyient Ltd Announces Changes in Management: Shrinivas Kulkarni as CFO and Prabhakar Atla as COO

Cyient Ltd, a leading company, announced changes in its management at the board meeting held on 3 March 2026. Mr. Shrinivas Kulkarni has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Mr. Prabhakar Atla, the current CFO, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Both will work together during the transition for a seamless closure of the accounts for FY 2026. The changes are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

• Appointment of Mr. Shrinivas Kulkarni as the new CFO of Cyient Ltd.
• Mr. Prabhakar Atla to transition from his current role as CFO to COO.
