Adani Green Energy Ltd Incorporates Two New Subsidiaries: Urjasetu Renewables Limited and Hydrobloom Power Limited

Adani Green Energy Ltd, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, has announced the incorporation of two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Urjasetu Renewables Limited (URL) and Hydrobloom Power Limited (HPL). The new subsidiaries, which were incorporated on December 02, 2025, are expected to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy, or other renewable sources of energy. Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, holds 100% share capital of URL and HPL. Both URL and HPL are incorporated in India and are yet to commence their business operations.
