Adani Enterprises Ltd Completes 25% Stake Disinvestment in Subsidiary World Plate Collective Cuisines Ltd

Adani Enterprises Ltd has completed the divestment of 25% stake in its subsidiary World Plate Collective Cuisines Ltd (WPCCL) in favor of AJ Holding Limited. The transaction was executed on December 2, 2025, for a cash consideration of Rs. 2,50,000 for 25,000 equity shares of WPCCL @ Rs. 10 per equity share. AJ Holding Limited, a UAE-based food and beverage company, does not belong to the promoter/promoter group.
