Bihar Sponge Iron Files Case Against Vanraj Steels

Bihar Sponge Iron Ltd has filed a commercial case against M/s. Vanraj Steels Private Limited and others before the Court of District Judge-I cum Special Judge Commercial Court, at Saraikela-Kharsawan. The case seeks declaratory and injunctive reliefs related to liabilities, claims, and demands arising from Vanraj Steels' operations. The company disclosed this under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, stating the case is material and the financial implication will be to the extent of the amount of dispute, which is not yet ascertainable.
