GK Energy Reconstitutes Stakeholders Relationship, CSR, and Executive Committees

GK Energy Limited has reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, and Executive Committee. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee is now chaired by Mrs. Pooja Pawan Chandak, with Mr. Gopal Rajaram Kabra, Mr. Subhash Vasant Ghaisas, and another independent director as members. The CSR Committee is chaired by Mr. Nitin Dhairyasheel Mandawewala, with Mr. Susheel Dwarkadasj Bhandari, Mr. Subhash Vasant Ghaisas, and another independent director as members. The Executive Committee consists of Mr. Gopal Kabra, Mr. Mehul Ajit Shah, and Mr. Sunil Kamalkishor Malu.
