Mitshi India Ltd Confirms Resignation of Two Directors

Mitshi India Ltd has confirmed the resignation of Mr. Hanumant Anaji Salunkhe and Drashti Tarun Savla from their positions as Directors of the company. The resignation was submitted on 10th March, 2026. The company has clarified that there are no other material reasons for their resignation other than those already disclosed in their resignation letters. Neither of the resigned directors hold directorship in any other listed entity or company.
