AWL FY26 Revenue Crosses ₹74,000 Cr; Q4 EBITDA Up 40% YoY

AWL Agri Business Ltd (formerly Adani Wilmar Ltd) announced its financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2026. For Q4 FY26, the company reported a revenue of ₹21,465 Crore, an 18% YoY increase, supported by a 14% volume growth. Operational EBITDA for the quarter surged by 40% YoY to ₹628 Crore, driven by improved profitability in both Edible Oil and Food segments. For the full year FY26, AWL achieved a revenue of ₹74,731 Crore, a 17% YoY growth, with operational EBITDA at ₹2,343 Crore. The company expanded its direct distribution to over 9.65 lakh outlets and saw strong growth in alternate channels, with Q4 FY26 volume growing 43% YoY.
