Borana Weaves: SEBI Search at R&B Denims, Promoter Entity

A search proceeding, initiated by a Special Judge of SEBI under Section 11C (9) of the SEBI Act, 1992, was conducted at the premises of R & B Denims Limited, a promoter group entity of Borana Weaves Ltd, as well as at the premises of certain promoters and the CFO of R & B Denims Limited. The search took place on April 22-23, 2026. Borana Weaves clarifies that the search did not occur at its registered office and, based on current information, there is no material impact on its financials or operations.
