Adani Power Incorporates Nuclear Energy Subsidiary

Adani Power Limited (APL) has announced the incorporation of its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Coastal-Maha Atomic Energy Limited (CMAEL), on April 13, 2026. CMAEL, which will focus on generating, transmitting, and distributing power from nuclear and atomic energy, is a subsidiary of Adani Atomic Energy Limited (AAEL), itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of APL. CMAEL has been incorporated with an authorized capital of Rs. 5,00,000/-. This move signifies Adani Power's strategic expansion into the nuclear energy sector.
