Vardhman Textiles Enters Power Agreements with Renew Green

Vardhman Textiles Ltd has executed agreements with Renew Green Energy Solutions Private Limited and Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited for setting up a 19 MW AC Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Vardhman will hold a 31.20% stake in Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited, with Renew Green Energy Solutions holding the remaining 68.80%. The agreements include a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement and a Captive Power Purchase Agreement. The total capital of Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited will be approximately ₹77.86 Crore, with Vardhman's contribution being ₹24.29 Crore.
